Sam is surfing the Internet and sees that this favorite local skateboard company, Smoothride, Inc., does not own the domain name, "Smoothride.com." Sam registers the name at www.godaddy.com, a domain name registrar. Soon, thereafter, Smoothride, Inc., contacts Sam to acquire the domain name. Sam agrees to sell it to them for $10,000. Smoothride sues Sam under the ACPA. Who will prevail?
