Sam Kelly was driving along Hwy 29 when he was hit by a driver (Adam Fisher) who ran a stop sign.In the accident he broke his leg.He wants tosue Adam Fisher in court alleging he was negligent.Interestingly,Rick Rock was video-taping and managed to capture the entire accident on camera.Rick Rock is available to be a witness at trial.The video seems to show that Adam Fisher did not fully stop at the sign.If you want to bring Rick Rock's video to trial, what things might you be worried about.The police also looked a the scene and brought in an engineer to look at the crash scene.He examined and photographed skid marks at the accident scene.The engineer stated that the skid marks indicated that the Adam Fisher did not come to a complete stop.
