The company has about 600 employees at all levels and undertakes production of five different models of the car. In Dhofar LLC, various departments are formed by grouping similar activities in one department. Mr. Mohammed is elected as the chairman of Dhofar LLC Company. The different departments in the Company includes production, marketing, HR, Finance etc. The department heads are solely responsible for the success or failure of their departments. Mr. Ammar is the head of HR department having the responsibility of managing the affairs related with people working in the company. Mr. Ahmed is the marketing manager of the company. The company faces tough competition from many other companies. As a marketing manager, he has to take proactive decision to maintain or increase the company's sales and profit. In order to increase the sales and to achieve the organizational objective, new marketing strategies and techniques have to be identified and used. The top management believes that Mr. Ahmed can help the company to increase the sales by motivating the sales personnel working under him. There are two assistant managers working under Mr. Ahmed. The junior managers, working under him are, Mr. Salim, responsible for sales of SUV models and Mr. Talal responsible for sales of Sedan models.
