Samson entered into a contract of service with NBS television by which he was engaged as a News anchor. Clause 8 of the contract provided as follow;

For every year in which Liverpool Football Club wins the premier league, the employer shall be paid a bonus of UGX 10,000,000(Ten Million Uganda Shillings) while for every year it does not, the employer (NBS Television) shall forfeit a similar sum to Samson( employee)

Advise the parties on the enforceability of the above contractual provisions
