Samuelson & Birchard (2003) wrote a great article about the how to remain sustainable and manage stakeholder perspective. They used the example of Monsanto Company and mentioned things like Total Quality Management (TQM) and the importance of listening to customers. While I can agree with some of these ideas I would ponder that we could become so overly concerned that we could lose sight of our organization's mission. Is there a way to balance this idea
