San Francisco has banned the sale of "supersized" sugary drinks (over 16 oz.) in movie theaters, as a step to curb the country's childhood obesity problem.

We run a theater chain with theaters in San Francisco and New York City. Our San Francisco theaters have complied with the ban. We now must decide if we will also stop selling supersized drinks in our theaters in New York City, which does not have any ban. What our decision would be according to the Law ?
