Sandeep owned a cottage lot which had frontage on a lake. Sandeep later granted a 25-metre wide right of way to Tammy, who had a lot behind Sandeep's, to enable Tammy to reach the lakeshore to launch her power boat. The next year, Tammy built a shed on the 25-metre strip in which to store her boat during the winter months. When Sandeep discovered the shed a few months later, he was furious and demanded Tammy to remove the shed.
