Asked for Criminal record checks in two states although when PR application done. Although he states that he was never lived in Michigan fully counselled. PR acted very up set when advised he could not come to Canada and fell on to bench in interview room stating he was very hot suddenly. NCIC shows numerous alias used when asked if he had ever used alias. He stated no why would he?
