Sarah and three of his friends buy a weekly lottery ticket, each put equal amount of money. Each week Sarah collect the money after they watch a movie, and she buys the lottery ticket. They agreed to share any winnings equally. One week Ted decides not to put in any money so Sarah puts in double money. Later it was found that ticket won $2m. Sarah has the winning ticket and claims the money for herself. Her three friends argue that she is obliged to share the winnings equally. Ted says since he regularly put in money, he should be counted. Is Sarah obliged sharing the lottery winning?
