1. Sarah has worked for five years, eight months and three weeks for her Ontario employer which has a payroll of more than $2.5 million. Now her job has been eliminated and her employment has been terminated. Sarah was not given any written notice of termination.

Sarah worked 44 hours a week every week and was paid $22.50 an hour. She also received six per cent vacation pay.
