Sarah is a student at KCKCC. She was tied of staring at blank walls, so she decided to hang some photographs on her wall. She went to Home Goods at The Legends and purchased several nice picture frams. She then went to Dollar Tree and purchased a package of self-sticking hangers. Late one evening, while Sarah was busy studying business law, the hangers came loose and her frames came crashing to the floor and broke. Luckily, Sarah had saved the packaging for the hangers. She examined the box and found the following language: "There are no warranties except for the description on this package and specifically there is NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY." Assuming the hangers are not of fair, average, ordinary quality, would the hanger company be liable for breaching an implied warranty of merchantability? Why or why not?
