Sarah runs a 'stationary' shop - Documents Plus. Sarah stocks a range of stationary products from suppliers including Busy-Bee, and Bitz. One day a sales representative from Busy-Bee, Andy, visits Sarah's shop to show her the new range of products available to retailers. After talking her through the new products, Andy takes a look around the shop. 'I see you are selling our binders for $10.50,' he says, taking a photo of the display. 'You know they are supposed to be sold for $6.00, right?' Andy then moves on to photograph her display of Bitz products. 'You know Bitz are our major competitor?' he says. 'It would be better for us if you didn't stock their products.' The following week, after Sarah has submitted her order to Busy-Bee, she receives the following email: 'We regret to inform you that there will be a four-month delay in filling your order.' Attached to the email are the two photos taken by Andy in her shop.
