Sarah runs a 'stationary' shop - Documents Plus. Sarah stocks a range of stationary products from suppliers including Busy-Bee, and Bitz. One day a sales representative from Busy-Bee, Andy, visits Sarah's shop to show her the new range of products available to retailers. After talking her through the new products, Andy takes a look around the shop. 'I see you are selling our binders for $10.50,' he says, taking a photo of the display. 'You know they are supposed to be sold for $6.00, right?' Andy then moves on to photograph her display of Bitz products. 'You know Bitz are our major competitor?' he says. 'It would be better for us if you didn't stock their products.' The following week, after Sarah has submitted her order to Busy-Bee, she receives the following email: 'We regret to inform you that there will be a four-month delay in filling your order.' Attached to the email are the two photos taken by Andy in her shop. Sarah is aware that most other retailers will be receiving the new range of Busy-Bee products within the week and given it is the start of the school year she will lose a lot of business if she has to wait for months. Advise Sarah as to: (a) whether Busy-Bee may have done anything to breach the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth); and (b) whether any remedies available under the Act might assist Sarah
