Sarah takes her car in to get her brakes fixed at Elmos Brake Repair Shop. Unknown to Sarah, the brakes are not properly fixed so when she tries to stop at red light at the end of the street, she cannot. Instead, she runs into a bus stop bench and injures two people who were sitting on the bench. The car crashing into the bus stop makes a loud noise, disturbing a pig who was sleeping on a nearby third floor window ledge. Startled by the noise, the pig tumbles off the ledge and lands on top of a veterinarian who was walking on the sidewalk below. While the pig was lucky enough to walk away, the veterinarian was not.
