John leaves Sarah to try to get help. He enters onto property marked as Private Property No Trespassing, as he is running through the property he trips and falls on a tree root and breaks his leg. The property on which he fell is owned by Victor.
At the same time, a different neighbor (Bethany) had been maintaining a group of lion cubs on her property. She had used state of the art locked enclosures to secure the lion cubs, but somehow one cub escaped. It encountered John and bit Johns arm causing him serious further injuries.
Sarah decides to pursue legal action against John to recover damages for her injuries. John decides to pursue legal action against Victor and against Bethany to recover damages for his injuries.
