Sarjit is the seller and Benny, the buyer. Sarjit sold 4,000 diamonds to Benny under Incoterms 2010 and loaded them onto the HMS Bounty, a ship that was designated by the Benny. Sarjit's agent replaced 10 of those diamonds with fake ones and was caught after the HMS Bounty had sailed and quartered. The ship's bill of lading stated that the 4,000 diamonds were in proper condition and are genuine.
