Sate Maranggi Teh Susi Susi is the owner of "Sate Maranggi Teh Susi", an eatery located near SMAN 78, in Kemanggisan, West Jakarta. The eatery was founded by Susi and it's been operated in the same location for so many years. All of the Employees who worked in the eatery were family members. All were hard workers, and trust each other in running the business. Due to increasing demand but very limited space, Susi decided to open new branch. With the new branch opening, Susi started to hire new employees other than family member. Susi also appointed Nina, her sister as the new branch supervisor. From the Management Control System point of view, Susi is implementing Result Control to Nina. Susi ask Nina to keep customer happy by maintaining good operations and to obtain average gross margin above IDR 2 million per day in the new branch. Nina is very excited with her new responsibility. However, due to the existence of new Employees other than family member in the new branch, her trust level is not the same, therefore she decided to change the operations of the business.
