Importantly, customers have expressed their willingness to pay as much as 25 percent extra for a daily service. As a result, Ms. Cook has decided to offer a daily fresh meal service starting next month.She has had a discussion with a potential delivery partner for the daily service. However, Ms. Cook believes that the delivery partner is quoting a very high price. She has scheduled a meeting with another delivery provider next week. To prepare herself for the meeting, Ms. Cook has decided to conduct a work study of the delivery process and come up with an estimation of the cost.
