Your assistant also requested Mr. A's email address which he did not provide.

Your assistanttells Mr. A that you will call him.Later the same day, you call Mr. A back on the phone number provided. He does not answer the phone, and he does not have voicemail.

On Wednesday morning, you receive a phone call from Mr. A. He is at court. "Where are you?" he says. "Today's the trial. Your secretary said you'd be here."
