Scenario 5 Resolving cultural misunderstanding As Executive Housekeeper at The Righteous Inn, you have been keen to embrace the property's new Diversity initiative and were proactive in the hiring of a new room attendant a couple of weeks ago. This employee was a relatively new arrival from another country and has a rich set of cultural values. She is a fantastic worker, and her work (based on your room inspections) is faultless.
