motorhome which Kate wanted to sell. In the process of settling the estate, Max expressed great interest in

Kate: Wonderful! I am happy to sell this motorhome to you at a fair market value.

motorhome. Whoever is approaching you to buy the motorhome later, I will let them know all

the hidden defects. I also know all your other sordid secrets. They will not be safe.

Hearing that, Kate was very concerned, and she finally agreed to sell the motorhome to Max for $350,000,

considerably lower than the market valuation of $500,000.
