Hello,

You have been the director of manufacturing for BizOps Enterprises for almost five years now, and during this time you have relied on the BizOps database for key decisions.

Unfortunately, there has been a marked increase in the manufacturing defect rate of several of BizOps's signature products. Due to this, a multi-million dollar sale to one of our most important customers is in jeopardy.
