Class discussion inspired you to collaborate with your favorite professor (again--NOT Dr. Elking) on an abstract for a conference being hosted at Walt Disney World Resort, June 10-14, 2019. The conference topic you have chosen aligns with best practices in audit as related to your chosen field. As a presenter, UHD is providing $500.00 per student for airfare, but the other funds for expenses are not clearly articulated. Reading the University's policies, you see a preference that students minimize expenses, restrictions on the number of overnight stays required as tied to actual presentation dates, and rules prohibiting gratuities/tipping more than 10% on food. You will also be mandated to provide paper receipts for any transportation. Please provide five (5) logistics and procurement-related questions and/or solutions to ensure that you 

a) are at the conference June 10th - 14th, 

b) that you are reimbursed fully for all expenses (15 meals and transportation), and c) that you address the possibility that non-UHD family or friends may wish to join you.
