Get creative and ensure that you fill inany details required for the BEO to persuade this client to book the event at your hotel.Do not create your own BEO template. You must use the one provided to you which isa Word Document. marksHINT: Make sure you include NAMES of the menu dishes. For example, the first courseis salad, you should have to name the dish. Same for wines, Full wine names please.Example Wayne Gretzky Estates, Cabernet Merlot.PRICING: You are required to show the pricing for items on your BEO. i will not begraded on the accuracy of your pricing.
