Scenario

It is now your fifth week at Northwestern Bikes, and your boss has a new challenge for you. At a recent meeting of the sales team, someone suggested that sales would improve if prices were more consistent across the different types of items sold. While this idea is interesting, your boss is concerned that this could reduce total revenue. He has asked you to review the sales for last month and calculate a few key metrics after applying a standard price for each type of item sold.

Getting Started

To finish this lab, first, download the raw excel file below. From there, you will need to complete a series of tasks to develop the key metrics required by your boss. Some of these skills will be demonstrated during our lab, but you will need to learn any skills you do not know by the end of our demonstration on your own.
