Scenario:

On Thursday, September 17^th, 2022, at approximately at 9:30 hours you are dispatched to a retirement home in the downtown core, 366 Parks Lane, Belleville ON. The staff their are reporting that someone over night forced their way through a back secure door causing damage to the door and its lock. The suspect then entered the building and walked into the lobby area and removed a 60-inch screen TV from the wall. A staff member was able to pull surveillance video from their camera's which show the male using a crowbar to damage the door to gain entry and then removing the TV off the wall and exiting out another back door with the TV. He left on foot through the back parking lot with the TV in his possession. The surveillance video shows the male entered at approximately 02:45 hours on the 17^th of September and exited around 03:10 hours. No other items were taking just the TV. After viewing the video, you were able to get a few good pictures of the suspect. The suspect is a white male, and you recognize him from talking to him the day before. He was harassing patrons downtown asking them for money. You check your notebook because he identified himself to you and as Thomas Bennett of 435 Stewart Drive Belleville, date of birth October 3^rd, 1989. You note that the male is wearing a black ball cap, black running shoes, grey hoodie sweater and blue jeans. You advise dispatch of who your suspect is. You are confident that this is the male and decide to travel to his house and arrest him.

On route to Thomas's house one of your platoon mates' radios you and tell you that she heard the description of the male suspect and observed a male matching the description of your male suspect riding a bike up Sussex Blvd wearing similar clothing. You end up locating this male. And he is the same male you spoke to the day before and the male on the video.
