Scenario:

Pretend that you are the owner of a company that performs interior painting services. You submitted a bid (the project definition and scope statement) to Johnson & Wales University for the painting project and were awarded the project. The project has now concluded and as a company, you are reviewing how the project ran, analyzing the outcomes for improvement on future projects.

Directions:

Using the scenario information provided along with all of the project documents created throughout the term, perform the activities below:

• Using Exhibits 15-1 (page 502) and 15-3 (page 506) in the textbook as a guide, create a project closeout list for the Painting at JWU project.
• What are the lessons that could possibly have been learned on this project?
