The butter Chicken company's CEO would like more consistent informative notices of changes and notices orgininating from the IT team. This will help standardize notification communications and assist the company's employees in easily identifying Outages and Maintenance notification emails in their mailboxes.

The email template(s) should be easy to read. Be visually striking and easy to understand. The template also needs to contain all the details company employees should be aware of.

Your message must convey: WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHY and WHERE.

1. You will be defining a standard change notice template that will be used as part of all change management communications to the business.
   • Define the layout of the notice
   • Define the distribution guidelines for the notice
   • Define the content needed to be included in the notice
2. Use the template and submit two examples using the template
   • Provide an example of the notice for a planned and unplanned change.
