The organization that you are a director of leadership and learning for has been conducting engagement surveys among its employees every two years to gain a deeper understanding of employees' views on areas such as customer service, the organization's overall strategy, job satisfaction, rewards and recognition, and training and development. The most recent survey was conducted this year, and the organization wants to carry out another survey in two years.
I need help with the last three sections. This is what I have so far.

The trends that I have noticed are:
- My supervisor gives me helpful information on improving my job performance.
- My supervisor lets me know where I stand and what is expected of me
- I trust my supervisor.
- Are there certain focus areas that have seen significant changes compared to others?
- I trust my supervisor had the lowest out of all of them. It could be possible that over the years that the organization has had different supervisors over the years. They probably made a lot of changes over the years. The leaders are not true to their word.
- How might one focus area impact another?
- The employees must have trust in you. The employees sometimes don't perform well because of that. Why trust someone if they will constantly lie or take power with their position?
