Scenario:

You are a group of volunteer project managers for Mdecins Sans Frontires (Doctors without Borders) working out of their Brussels Operational Centre, on a project to promote women's health around the world.

You have committed to a contract of April 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023. Your mandate was to work with female-lead groups in 17 regional offices around the world to promote the women's healthcare options available through Doctors without Borders services. You have between 3 and 5 full-time volunteers at each of the centres listed below, who will be running a series of 5 in-person training classes to all incoming regional volunteers on women's health, safety and basic first-aid. These sessions will be repeated every 2 weeks, with community outreach activities in the meantime. You have printed training hand-outs, developed in English, as well as first aid kids, gloves, scrubs, N95 masks, a CPR training model available for your program's use and training.

On the first day of your volunteer contract, you are informed that COVID-19 is likely to cause regional lockdowns, as it already has at one of your regional offices in China. You are asked to pivot your plans for an in-person workforce and training model to a telecommute plan for your volunteer workers, while still achieving your goals of servicing the needs of the local community and providing training on women's health initiatives.

A conference call is scheduled for 90 mins from now with the regional directors of the 17 regional offices which you were providing training for. You are asked to present the following on this call:
