The client reports therapy "isn't working", that it "isn't helpful" and that "nothing has changed" for her, but also refuses to space out appointments so is still attending weekly. The client rarely follows through on homework outside of session, and it has become clear to you that she is not invested in therapy and is not motivated for change.
