Paul is sharing very personal details about the client's current health status and other personal information; Paul also states that he is fed up with working with the client and that the client is completely draining. Paul states that he has considered not showing up for shifts with this client. He goes on to say even the client's family are sick of him and so he doubts anybody would care if nobody was looking after the client.
