Scenario:

You are the General Manager (GM) of a medium size retirement community that offers Independent Living, Independent Supported Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care to over 120 residents.

As the GM, ensuring you have enough team members to operate and deliver the services the residents pay for, is a top concern. You need team members in the following departments:

3. Cooks and Dining Room Servers to make and serve meals
4. Recreation Aides to plan, organize, and run fun and meaningful activities and programs

You will be attending a job fair hosted by George Brown College along with two of your Department Managers. Your goal is to let all potential candidates know of all the reasons why they should consider working in your property.
