You need to hire a manager for one of the areas that report to you. You know it is important to ask the right interview questions in order to assess the candidate's experience and potential fit with the company. And the answers to the questions you ask will give you valuable knowledge about each candidate and will lead to a good hiring decision.

TASK

What do you think are the three most important interview questions to ask of each candidate for the open management position? (300-word minimum) Share your three questions and your reasoning for each using this standard 5-paragraph format.
