You work for Sparkle Party Planning Corporation, which is a company that plans major events

such as weddings, birthday parties, retirement celebrations, ete. Your boss just assigned you

the lead project manager for the launch party of a new toy that will be unveiled for the very

first time at the party. Your client owns an exquisite toy boutique. The client expects the

launch party to be posh and exquisite. As the lead project manager, your client will expect you

to manage a project plan that outlines each step of the party planning process (concept

planning, design and development, implementa tion, closeout.) You will need to be prepared

to present each phase of the planning process to the Gantt Chart should include

specific project milestones and boxes which align with your target start and stop date. This is

where your brainstorming timeline from earlier may (or may not) change. Please ensure that
