You're working for Azure Beach Realty Group (ABRG) as a sales consultant.

Michelle Williams has contacted the real estate office requesting a market appraisal on the residential property Michelle and her husband Frank own.

She wants a sales appraisal on their home. You've been asked to do an appraisal report. The client and property details are as follows:

Phone call with client (role play)

In this part of the assessment you must participate in a simulated role-play (3-5 minutes) where you are the agent meeting with Michelle to discussinformation needed for the appraisals and to make an appointment for the inspection. There is a guide in the observation checklist below.

You will complete the following:

1. Confirm with the clients the following information and complete the Vendor information form.
   • Their requirements and expectations for the property appraisal.
   • The address of the property to be appraised.
   • Any specific features or attributes you need to be aware of.
2. Using your Residential appraisal vendor information formobtain and document the client's verbal agreement for your agency to proceed with the appraisal and make an appointment for the inspection.
