Scope Space From the feedback and survey distributed to the Administration team, you found the following information: that Katie was trained by the Administration Assistant Angelo. Angelo's responses to Katie's understanding was she didn't need any training in regards to naming conventions as she already had those skills. Angelo also revealed that he often had to refer to the Naming Convention Policy & Procedure as it did not always come naturally due to the complicated way he was taught by the Administration Assistant Andrea. Andrea's response was she was never taught how to name files and tried to interpret the Naming Convention Policy as best she could. Andrea also admitted that she wasn't confident that she was naming the files correctly.
