Scrum Master of Five Teams During a job interview, you learn that the organization expects you to become a Scrum Master of five teams simultaneously. Although they understand that one Scrum Master for each team might be better, they simply can't afford it. It's a small company with limited resources. So they ask you to consider becoming a Scrum Master for five teams. The Scrum Teams aren't experienced. They only use Scrum for a couple of months. Each team has about 3 - 4 members. All teams have the same Product Owner, given that they work on the same product as well. How would you respond during this job interview? What questions would you ask or what feedback would you give?
