Search for a public company that you are familiar with. In the most recent 10-K filing, search for the financial statements and notes and answer the following questions: Why are notes and disclosures to financial statements important? How does an organization determine when a note or disclosure should be included? What are some items that this company has included in its notes and disclosures? Are there any other items that you feel should have been included
