Search the internet or other healthcare resources to find an advertisement of a behavior or health issue that appears to use the covenants of the Health-Belief Model in its creation. A copy / image and link to the advertisement is required.

Then, provide either a short-written explanation detailing the targeted behavior that the advertisement is attempting to change or affect and how best the Health-Belief Model is applicable to that behavior. Make sure you address how the chosen advertisement addresses any of the six constructs discussed (Perceived Susceptibility, Perceived Severity, Perceived Benefits, Perceived Barriers, Cues to Action, or Self-Efficacy).
