The company operates with 20 employees who belong to several departments such as finance, marketing, web development, quality assurance, administration, etc.

Assume that you are the newly appointed IT executive of EDesk Solutions and it is your responsibility to provide system specification for the organization considering the roles and responsibility of the employees. It is recommended that to suggest server PC for the IT Administrator to manage the internal network and laptop for branch manager, project managers and data analysts. QUESTION:

Produce a user requirement analysis report and identify software requirements for each functional area of the organization considering the roles and the responsibilities of the employees.

Edit: I've been given a comment to this post saying "information" by an anonymous user - what exactly is this question lacking in terms of information? How can I fix it? To my knowledge, I've given all the necessary information (or at least the information that's been given to me by my university), beginning with the scenario and the roles (which can be classified into functional areas). Please advise.
