Now Since the Chairman who is also a shareholder director of the company (Mr. Qur) has transferred his shares to one of the remaining members of the company and has resigned from all his post, 15 Members of the company does not wish to continue running the company anymore, 15 members intends to continue running the company the rest are unsure. Advise the 4 members who are unsure with regards to possibility of winding up of the company if any and the procedure and process of it for the company Section 12.
