She buys the Hotel and inserts a clause within the contract of purchase that states "the sellers of this business shall not open another hotel business within the whole of Scotland for the next 5years' One month after Debbie Stumpe takes over the Toupe Hotel she is shocked to discover that the sellers of her new business have set up another hotel within 2 miles of the Toupe Hotel.
