Bima Enterprise advertised a video contest on facebook. It requires the participants to upload a video using their products. Lili and Dida were interested to join the contest. They filled in the online form and were asked to pay the sum of Rm100 each for the fees. Both of them refused to pay for the fees. Bima Enterprise insisted that Lili and Dida have to pay as they have registered via online form.

Lili and Dida the proceed to upload their video on Youtube. Aneem saw the video and contended that the video is similar to her video. She forced Lili and Dida to pay a sum of money and sign a contract to prevent her from reporting to Youtube.
