Section A -Role play: Present budget to management Conduct a meeting with the CEO, board of directors, all managers and Accounts Officer of LRG to present your budget. The purpose of this meeting is to: . explain that the management is considering the closure of the Cairns restaurant; and in that context, explain the new budget you have developed for Melbourne for the Current Year (Year Y) ensure that managers and accounts officer understand reporting requirements (based on the Financial Management Policy Extract in Appendix A) ensure that managers and accounts officer understand financial delegations (based on the Financial Management Policy Extract in Appendix A) You mustmake your presentation in the form of Microsoft Powerpoint slides. You must present a copy of your presentation (in handout format), and a printout of a budget spreadsheet, to your assessor before the assessment. This is a role play. Your assessor will play the role of the CEO. Your classmates will play the roles of the board of directors and managers. Your presentation should be no longer than 10 minutes, including set up. During the role play, your assessor will observe your performance and assess you using the Presentation Observation Checklist below. The assessor will retain this checklist at the end of the role play.
