If the basic salary is in between Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000, then the dearness is 7%, travel allowance is 3%, house rent allowance is 4% of the basic salary and performance incentives is 30 days' salary. If the basic salary is less than Rs. 10,000, then the travel allowance is 2% and the performance incentives is 20 days of the salary.
