Security helps in avoiding the extra cost, loss of information, and keeps the programmers from interceding into the system. When assessing the need for information security systems for an organization, the following questions need to be answered. a) Is there information that is considered confidential? b) Is there information that must be available on a need basis? c) Does the information have to be accurate?
