1. Seek feedback for self-evaluation to determine development needs

Conduct a meeting with other two educators, (one is supervisor and one is team member) (class mate's role playing) to seek feedback as a part of self-evaluation and to identify learning needs which are in line with organisational requirements. Prepare the meeting minutes provided in appendix 1.
