To award an interest-free loan to Maria, an executive director of the company, amounting to RM500,000 to purchase a double-storey terrace house at Kota Seri Emas as her home.

Advise Selamat Security Bhd. on any potential breach of director's duties or violation of any provisions of the Companies Act 2016.
