Your focus on this case writeup is to discuss how they implemented their ERP, what were their goals for this project, problems or challenges they faced, how they were resolved and how their project is working in the firm. Please mention the name of people involved, software/hardware used, security protocols, etc. Finally, what is the status of their project, was it successful and used by the organization?

Company Goals/Objectives -What were company goals? Scope? How are they planning to achieve? Where? Etc.

Their Approach- discuss their methods: How did the execute their implementation? Who was involved? Vendor & consultants involved & Gaps in their approach.

Results- discuss results & outcomes:How they did it and what was achieved? what were they not able to achieve? Why? Software used, roll-out method, etc.

Conclusion/Future - discuss the implications of their project (benefits & drawbacks, short and long-term) and what more needs to be done in future.
