Your selected business must be an organization which provides an extended experience to its customers (e.g., a hotel, a full-service restaurant). The organization must be from AUstralia.
• Analyse and review the business Service Concept of your chosen establishment
• Research information available about the product/business on the Internet or through site visits if applicable. Look for clues regarding the serviscape, product/service characteristics, ambience, target market.
• Verify if the information collected is in line with the service offer, using for example social media reviews, real life experience, on site observations etc.
• Explain why you have chosen the particular service concept, what it is and your findings.
